these precious three weeks have been most memorable!!!

CONRAD for being such a great teacher and senior and friend, for teaching me the steven's(conrad!) grip, for the encouragement when i couldn't play the running notes on the xylo, for bringing me out of my shell to see what exactly is called PRO (less than 3 years and general master of everything!!!) and for calling you conRAT chung with a beautiful chinese name zhong pian shu from its direct translation!


SHIRMAIN for being such a wonderful section leader, for her apologetic-ness, for playing echo never fades with her together (damn the bell part was difficult!), for linking her and richard together!


SHIRIN for telling her my crush which allowed her to spread it(NOT!), for linking her and richard together(ALSO!), for her contagious and adorable laughter, for her significant chain part during pirates which she played it so gently!!!


RICHARD for his damn pro skills at everything including sight-reading, four mallets on xylo, ppp roll on snare and his fantastic thumbroll, his ever-changing accent consisting of singaporean, malaysian, chinese and angmoh!, for being my target for french-fries throwing, for helping me to tide over a crisis!


FIFI for his gregarious and rowdy behavior, for describing everything and anything as a CB (HAHA!), for his seriousness yet humour when conducting sectionals, for keeping time with the long, big and fat pole, for playing carmen fantasy and lord of the dance together! for disallowing me to backtrack and telling me to shut up!


JOSHUA for his extremely humorous way of counting-out-loud, nodding his head and fingering the bars (which was real fun!), for playing country gardens together with him! for his deafening bass drum beats during pirates, for his signature crash!


LI HSIEN for helping out as a part-time percussionist and handling such a challenging score consisting of chimes, xylo and tamb! for practicing hard on those parts esp the xylo!



CHARISSA for the friendship, and for the fun and laughter during boob-poking using mallets! and for the gossiping!

BRIAN for his ichiban leadership qualities and friendliness!

PEIJUN for the consolation and companiment home!

KENNETH WONG for the lift and the accompaniment!

KENNETH KOH for offering me sweets and hiding my phone and telling me how blind i am!

WEIKIT for looking like a siewmai and for always not looking at the conductor!

SEBASTIAN for ordering me to clean up the clubhouse! for being such a wonderful pres who always reaches the clubhouse early and leaves the latest!
