ran in the morn, had lunch at point, then went on
SHOPPING SPREE with sissie!!!
damn it feels damn good to spend your hard-earned money!!!!
spent a total of sixty bucks on mostly food!

palmolive shower gel
colgate total 12
oreo wafer rolls
marshmallows!!!
mcvities original and chocolate! (i miss the sec4 days!)
fruit and nut bread
popcorn
sunflower seeds
chocochip vanilla icecream tub
500g bottle of pure honey for mimmy costing $17!!!!!!


the popcorn was like fricking cool lah, just had ta put the pack in the microwave for five minutes then you'll hear vigorous popping sound and the pack starts to expand and ...
TADA!!!!!!
buttery popcorn oven-fresh, piping hot, ready for consumption!


mimmy and aunt went out shopping (the first time i've heard of!)
and jy wasn't back from school.
so sissie and i indulged in the yummy self-made treat!!
best of all, we poured some hershey's chocolate syrup over the popcorn which was.....
oooooo *drools!*
$2.55 oni, money well spent!


followed up with my personal trainer, sissie, and gosh, i feel so happy that i can do 'babyfreeze' now!!!!!
just learnt it only yesterday and it was a darn s-l-o-w one!!!
happy that i progressed!!!
trying to do it with my right hand as main support now!!!!
bruises!!!! one on my left butt, the other on my left arm from losing balance yesterday!
*ouch* my butt hurts with every step i take!
ooohh my tummy hurts too from the 'paddling exercise' and the horrible half sit-ups!
but that means muscles in the making!!!!
WOOOOTS!!!!!
swept de floor only in the evening!!!
derrick came over, giving sissie a surprise!
we had jap food for dinner excluding mimmy!
yummyumm!!! teriyaki chicken + rice!!!!! four bucks oni!!!



anyway, i've been snacking soooooo very much i really should cut down on all those chocolate and titbits and those sinful treats.
the fridge is just soooooo tempting!!!!
i see dairy milk chocolate with fudge centre + kinder bueno whenever i open the fridge!!!
ARGHHHH.
